What Are Stock Home Plans?
Stock home plans are detailed, clear and concise blueprints that include everything you need to build your home. They’re just the same as custom-drawn blueprints—only less expensive. In fact, many of our stock plans started out as custom designs. And, since many stock plans have been built before, they can offer you a sense of security in knowing that you are building your home off a proven design.

How Do Stock Home Plans Save You Money?
When licensed architects and home designers make their drawings available to the public, they do so at dramatically reduced prices. An affordable alternative to expensive custom drawings, my stock plans are less than half the cost of my custom drawn plans. 

How long before I receive my new Home Plans?
You should expect to receive your house plans within 7-15 working days after your payment is made.  None of the stock house plans are pre-printed and sitting on the shelf.  This would run up inventory costs and raise the prices for everyone.  All plans will be reviewed again before printing and may have more helpful detail added at that time.

This is a House/Barn combination with energy efficient ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) walls. The barn area includes 4 stalls, loft, tack room and wash area.

This is a House/Barn combination with energy efficient ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) walls. The barn area includes 4 stalls, loft, tack room and wash area.

Pinto 5,760 SqFt 3BR 2BA
This is very a 'green' plan utilizing ICF and SIP walls in the construction. It includes a full, finished, basement and a 3 car garage.

Smith 3,045 SqFt 5BR 3.5BA
The SMITH is a spacious layout with an attached parent's wing.

Davis 5,246 SqFt 3BR 2.5BA
The DAVIS uses, concrete, pre-fabricated 'Superior Walls' to deal with the northern state's short building season. It features an indoor pool and large rooms.

Joyce 5,500 SqFt 3BR 2.5BA
The Joyce has large rooms everywhere with approx 2,000 feet in the upstairs bonus area.

Daniel 3,700 SqFt 4BR 3.5BA
This is a very comfortable plan with lots of rooms.
