After completing the form below your next step is to send a sketch or drawing
of the plan you wish to start with.
If you have an idea of how large you want each room, please include that
information in your sketch. Do not bog yourself down at this point trying to
decide on too may details, they will be very easy to deal with after the first
drawing is posted.
After you have your sketch ready, fax it to 901-328-4747 or, if you have a
scanner, email it in ADOBE, JPEG, GIF, PNG, WMF or TIF format to BLyon@BillLyon.com.
My typical job costs around $.45 / square foot. I do not charge for garage,
carport or porch areas and I have never charged extra for re-drawing the
interior layout. Don't feel uncomfortable if you ask to have changes made
several times. It could likely be the biggest investment of your life, and you
should make all the changes you feel necessary to get it right for you.
After I get your sketches, I will give you an estimated cost for your plans.
Please try to make all communication either by email or fax. This eliminates
any verbal communication errors that may arise. It also allows for a much faster
work flow because work is not interrupted at random intervals to address issues
by telephone.
